Everything you need to know.
There is no re-entry to Beyond Boundaries.
Beyond Boundaries is an 18+ event. You must bring ID.
We only accept the following forms of ID:
- Valid Photo Driving Licence
- Valid Provisional Photo Driving Licence
- Valid Passport
- Valid PASS Card from the National Proof of Age Standards Scheme (this is the best form of ID to bring if you don't want to bring a valuable document). More information on how to obtain your PASS Card.
ID must be original. No copies or photos will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse admission if, in our opinion (including that of any third parties instructed by us), there is any doubt that the ticket holder is under the applicable entry age requirement. In such instance, you will not be entitled to a refund and your ticket will be invalidated.

Before making your way to the festival, please read below about what items you can and can't bring.
Prescription medicines
If someone needs to bring prescription medicines onto site, they should consider this in advance and follow the steps below to assist security personnel to determine the medication is legitimately held:
- Ensure the medicine is in its original container, with the dispensary sticker and issued in the name of the ticket holder
- Bring the official prescription counterfoil or a letter or explanation from a registered practitioner
- Ensure the quantity carried is the minimum required for the duration on-site
- Do not bring non-essential tablets
- Be prepared to be challenged at the gate, but do not conceal medication
- Future Boundaries Ltd reserves the right to refuse access to ticket holders carrying substances which cannot be proven as stemming from genuine medical need. Confiscation or surrender options will be presented.
Prohibited items
Prohibited items or any items we or third parties acting on our behalf (such as security) deem to be either, a risk to the safety or enjoyment of others; unsuitable to be taken to the event; or, may be used in an illegal or offensive manner (regardless of whether or not the item itself is illegal) are not permitted to be taken into the event site. In such circumstances, the items will be disposed of in any manner we think is appropriate and you will not be entitled to recover such item at a later time.
Ticket holders may be ejected if found in possession of prohibited items inside the event site. Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
- Food and Drink. No food or drink can be taken into the event site. If you have any specific dietary requirements that we do not cater for at the event, we do allow a reasonable amount of food to be brought into the event site for personal consumption. This must be agreed by us in advance in writing, and evidence of the same provided to security at the point of entry.
- Bags over A4 size.
- Drugs / Controlled / Psychoactive Substances – illegal drugs, Nitrous Oxide, 'Legal Highs' or any associated paraphernalia.
- Weapons or replica weapons (or anything that could be considered a weapon in our opinion or that of security providers).
- Animals (except registered assistance dogs).
- Bicycles, roller-skates, skateboards, scooters, personal motorised or non-motorised vehicles, except for wheelchairs.
- Items considered to be dangerous or inappropriate in a festival environment, including, but not limited to: glass in any form, spray cans, gas canisters or compressed gas in any container, fireworks, flares, candles, pyrotechnics, smoke canisters, chinese lanterns, confetti, balloons, camp-fires, explosives, firearms, knives or blades, replica weapons of any sort, large golf umbrellas, stools, camping sticks, furniture, gazebos or parasols, sports equipment, flags with discriminatory writing and banners, megaphones, amplification equipment, speakers, airhorns, laser devices, remote controlled drones, hi-visibility tabards or similar.
Any other items which we or our security providers reasonably consider could pose a threat to the health and safety or enjoyment of any other guests.

The event is held in various terrains, including open-air and fields. We cannot guarantee accessibility to all areas.
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are permitted:
- Must be kept on a lead
- Owners must clean up after their assistance dog
- Please consider the event's noise levels for the dog's welfare
Free Carer Entry Ticket scheme
Eligible customers can apply:
- Valid proof required (e.g., PIP, DLA, CredAbility Card)
- One Free Carer Ticket per eligible ticket holder
- Subject to availability and event capacity
Accessible Viewing Platform
An Accessible Viewing Platform may be available:
- Reserved for attendees with long-term access needs
- Spaces allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- Supporting evidence must be provided for requests
Accessible toilets are available; misuse may lead to ejection from the event.
Folding chairs are not permitted unless pre-approved by the Organiser.
Parking — Check event details for blue badge parking and drop-off points.
Where to buy tickets
Only purchase tickets from authorised agents (e.g., Skiddle, See Tickets).
Resale and transfers
Tickets cannot be resold or transferred without written permission from the Organiser.
Lost or stolen tickets
Tampered, lost, or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
Refunds are only available if:
- The event is fully cancelled
- The event is materially altered (venue or date change)
- For rescheduled events, refund requests can be made within 7 days
Booking fees are non-refundable, subject to the ticket agent's terms.
Event details may change
We reserve the right to alter event details (e.g., time, date, duration, venue) due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure, safety concerns, or regulatory decisions.
Artist line-ups, attractions, and facilities may change at any time without notice.
