Competition Prize Draw — Specific Rules

Promoter & Scope

1. The BEYOND BOUNDARIES 2026 Competition promotion (‘Prize Draw’) is organised by Louder Events (‘Promoter’).
2. IMPORTANT: This Prize Draw is subject to these Specific Rules AND the Terms and Conditions which are subject to the terms and conditions of the Venue / Event / Festival. Entry into the Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the full Terms and Conditions.
3. The Prize Draw is only open to residents of UK aged 18 and over except for employees (and their families) of Louder Events Ltd, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions. Proof of identity and age will be required.

   3. Tag a mate in the comments (every comment = 1 entry, unlimited comments allowed).
   4. Share this post to your story (and tag us) for a BONUS entry.

   The Prize Draw closes at 5pm on Tuesday 5th May 2026. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.

Winner Selection and Prize Details

6. One winner will receive BEYOND BOUNDARIES 2026 COMPETITION (‘Prize’) this includes:
   • Side of stage access
   • 6 x VIP tickets
   • £200 food and drinks package to enjoy during the day
   • £100 Deliveroo voucher
7. Prize is non-transferable in name and the lead person has to attend with their 5 chosen guests at the same time.
8. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description (including domestic travel to and from the event, meals, incidental expenses, gratuities, etc) are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.
9. The Prize must be claimed before Tuesday 20th May for the BEYOND BOUNDARIES 2026 Competition (check with enquiries@louderuk.com).
10. The Prize Winner and their Travel Companions are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own travel insurance and travel documents.
11. The Prize Winner and chosen guests must be over 18 years of age and both must hold a valid photo ID to gain entry to the event.
12. Where the prize includes a side of stage experience or a comparable privilege, such access shall apply to one performance of the winner’s choosing (unless otherwise specified) and remains subject to the approval of the artist, production team, and promoter.
13. Where the prize includes drinks, this will be provided either as tokens or in another form at the promoter’s discretion and may only be redeemed by the named competition winner. Valid photo ID showing proof of age is required. No tokens will be given to the winner or guests if they are deemed inebriated; the promoter’s decision is final.
14. Where the prize includes merch, the pre-selected merchandise package will be dispatched once the winner confirms their preferred size. No returns or exchanges are permitted, and the promoter is not responsible for lost or undelivered items.
15. VIP table experience will be subject to what the venue & promoter select for you.

Entry Terms & Conditions

16. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
17. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
18. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
19. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
20. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
21. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
22. In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
23. Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date.
24. Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
25. In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.

Winner Confirmation and Notification

26. The draw will take place within 1 day of the closing date. The Prize Winner will be notified by email on or around Tuesday 6th May and given details of how to claim the Prize. If the Prize Winner does not respond to the notification within 14 days after the original notification email is sent by the Promoter or Promotion Partner to the email address provided at the time of entry, the Prize Winner will forfeit his/her right to the Prize and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. That subsequent Prize Winner will have to respond to the notification email within 7 days of the date on which that email is sent or they will also forfeit the prize.
27. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Personal Data and Publicity

28. The Promoter, Promotion Partner and prize provider may publish and publicise your name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, and your entry, and we may refer to your and your guest’s or travel companion’s association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes.
